Dr. Teuscher is a distinguished expert in the fields of public health, health governance, human capital development, innovation and transformation. He served as the Head of Health at the Embassy of Switzerland, Tanzania at the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs FDFA. He has an extensive expertise in public policy issues in the areas of Innovation and Transformation, Public Health Expert, Human capital development, Decentralization Progress reporting, Health Governance & diplomacy, Public private partnership and Cross-cultural team building

Prof. Mohammed Sheikh
Prof. Sheikh has over 20 years of experience in development agendas, engaged with various governing boards and the Ministries in Zanzibar, including the Ministry of Finance and Planning (MoFP) and Ministry of Health (MoH). He has a track record on providing technical support, leading the technical team, and managing significant projects funded by the Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar (RGoZ), The United Republic of Tanzania (URT) and a wider range of donors including the HDIF; DANIDA; World Bank; JICA; Japan Economic Research Institute Inc (JERI); CARE International and UNDP.

A former Professor at the University of East Stroudsburg of Pennsylvania, in the United States, with vast cumulative working experience spanning over 25 years in various policy and developmental fields in both Tanzania and USA. He taught for 13 years at various universities in the United States of America (USA). His specialty is in the fields of land policy; land administration; urban and housing policies; regional/rural land use management and planning; environmental management and planning; property valuation; Diaspora policies; and immigration (Policies, laws and adjudication).

Dr. Rashid Juma
He is currently working as the Vice Chancellor, Administration at Science at Zanzibar University (ZU). He is an expert in Marine Biogeochemistry and serves as the Technical Advisor at Zanzibar Fighting Against Youth Challenges Organization (ZAFAYCO). Dr. Rashid served as the researcher of various projects, including Building Stronger University (BSU) with Aarhus University-Denmark, Novel Techniques on Stock Enhancements of Mud Crabs (Scylla Serrata) around Tanzania with COSTECH, Pressures and Revitalization of Marine Resources in supporting Blue Economy Initiatives in Zanzibar with Aarhus University. He was involved in different consultancy work with Zanzibar Planning Commission (ZPC), UNESCO and projects related to waste management and Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) in Zanzibar.
